Our remodel projects vary in scope. We perform commercial and residential remodels. Our experienced team and company management are registered and insured as state and local contractors. We obtain all necessary permits and adhere to all local requirements and codes. We review each potential remodel as if they are our own. We put together site plans for each of our customers. Each plan includes property lines, building dimensions, existing and proposed easements, septic systems including spray areas, scale rendering and utility layouts. Our proposals will include parking lot layouts, grading plans, commercial energy code compliance (2003 IECC), fire lane locations and suppression system plans, as well as fire alarm plans. Asbestos surveys or compliance statements will also be provided. We will work closely with every customer to insure each set of plans are to code and satisfaction.
